    Ah Im not having it but Im having abdominal cramps. :/

    Training today was quite okay.
    Maybe because I stopped halfway thru the cones thing cause I pulled/strained/sprained the muscles near my knee.
    Still pain.
    ...
    After training Sec 2s went for lunch at subway.
    Then went cotton on, bought Cheryl a $2 bag for her birthday.
    Haha.
    Then Qi An went home.
    Went Borders.
    Hazel, Cheryl & Sam were doing this dumb commecial thing.
    Cassie was filming.
    And there were little kids standing behind to watch the video.
    Lol.
